17 Feb. 2016- Sagesse have successfully secured the 2nd place of their group at the 2016 Dubai International Tournament after defeating Al Zamalek 94-78. Sagesse won 2 out of 3 games in the group stage by defeating UAE in the opening game 98-92 and losing to Al Efriqi 66-79 and winning today’s game against Al Zamalek.
The Lebanese club had a good start of the game, where the players managed to lead at the end of Q1 by 5 points and 10 points after halftime. Sagesse players looked determined to win this game and entered the 3rd quarter with the same spirit to secure 12 points lead after the end of 3rd quarter. Our team easily secured the win by points with a final score: 94-78.
