21 Feb. 2016- Riyadi made it to the final of the 16th WABA Basketball Championship after defeating Azad club from Iran.
The Lebanese club players created a gap of 7 points at the end of first quarter but Azad refused to give up soon and they were able to tie the score at halftime. Riyadi 47-47 Azad. In the 3rd quarter Riyadi players presented a great performance allowed them to lead the game by 6 points. The 4th quarter was crucial and very exciting, the score was close especially in the last 5 minutes of the game but Riyadi’s players secured the win by 10 points. Final score Riyadi 96-86 Azad
