04 Dec. 2016 – The first leg of the Lebanese 2nd division futsal championship was concluded today, with Ghobeiri still leading the league after 10 rounds.
A 6-6 draw against Rawda in the latest round did not affect their position as they are still the league leaders with 25 points.
Close behind them are Louaize and Aamal Bikfaya with 24 points each. Louaize defeated the Nakabat Al Mouhamin 11-1 in round 10 while Aamal managed to claim a hard 3-2 win against Ahly Saida, who sits in 5th place with 18 points.
Right above them in the standings are Homentmen Burj Hammoud, with 18 points also and with a win against JSK 7-4 in that round
Moreover, the General Security also has 18 points after a 19-5 victory against Jamhour this weekend, while JSK trails them with 12 points.
In 8th place comes Rawda with 10 points, right above AUCE with 9 and Jamhour with 6.
Finally, it’s the Nakabat Al Mouhamin who sits at the bottom of the table, with no points at all.
