08 Dec. 2016 – The Lebanese and international adventurer Ali Wehbe wrote history once again for Lebanon by completing the “Global Limits” ultra marathon.
Wehbe is the first Lebanese-Arab who finished this challenge, as he crossed 800 kilometers through different locations such as Cambodia, The Ancient Khmer Path, Bhutan – The Last Secret and Sri Lanka – The Wild Elephant Trail to win the Global Limits Site Runner Heritage Award.
Ali previously ran across Lebanon to raise awareness about different issues and he also did the “4 deserts” and “7 continents” challenges. In addition to that, he ran many races in Egypt, Libya, Morocco… and climbed the highest peak in Africa.
Finally, the Lebanese adventurer thanked all his sponsors and those who supported him in his endeavor. Well done Ali!
